Display and Design

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite has a 1.96-inch AMOLED display that offers a peak brightness of 600 nits and a resolution of 502×410 pixels. The smartwatch weighs 29.2g without straps, which are made of TPU and have an adjustable length of 135-200mm. The watch is available in Black and Light Gold colors, while the straps can have a bit more variety.

Operating System and Compatibility

This smartwatch runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS and is compatible with smartphones running Android 8.0 or iOS 12 and above. It also supports Bluetooth calling with a built-in speaker and two microphones for environmental noise cancellation (ENC), ensuring clearer call quality. In addition, the watch has Alexa support and can display emojis and Hindi language.

Health and Fitness Features

For health tracking, the Redmi Watch 5 Lite comes with a heart rate sensor and supports over 150 indoor and outdoor sports modes. The smartwatch is 5 ATM water-resistant, which also allows users to track swimming performance. It also features a SpO2 sensor for blood oxygen measurement. Moreover,  It supports over 200 cloud watch faces, of which 50+ are customizable, and 30+ are always-on display (AOD) watch faces. 

Connectivity and Battery Life

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite has Bluetooth 5.3 and in-built GPS for precise location tracking. It has a 470 mAh battery, which provides up to 18 days of usage under typical conditions and 12 days under heavy use.
